Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, game-ready condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
